Under Iowa R. Civ. P. 1.305(6), Iowa Code § 490.504 (Business Corporations), and Iowa Code § 489.119 (LLCs), a domestic or foreign business entity is served by delivering the Original Notice to its registered agent on file with the Iowa Secretary of State, or to any officer, general partner, managing agent, or general agent.
